For 22 years, I showed up in rooms that demanded excellence, led hundreds of people across high-stakes environments, and built a career I genuinely loved. I rose through the ranks of the federal government, serving in national security leadership, and retired as the first Western Region Director for DCSA, overseeing 500+ employees across 14 states and a $65M operation.By every external measure, I had arrived. But in the middle of it all, I started asking a question I could not ignore: am I building a life, or just a career? That question led me to retire early from civilian service and say yes to a calling that, to many, did not make sense given everything I had built.I am the Founder of My Faith at Work Coaching, a practice rooted in decades of leadership, coaching, and mentoring professionals in high-stakes environments, and currently completing my Life Coaching certification. My Faith at Work was built specifically for mid-career and senior-level professionals navigating the complex layers of demanding careers, family, and life responsibilities while staying anchored in faith. The people I work with are high achievers and leaders wrestling with the gap between the life they are building and the life they feel called to live.I walk alongside professionals who are ready to stop reacting from fear and start responding in faith. Using the LAYER Method, a faith-centered coaching framework I developed from my own lived experience, I help clients Listen, Align, Yield, Embed, and Release.I do not coach from a place of having it all figured out.
